Our Bakery
Hi! I'm Daniel, your delivery driver. I deliver your Yeast Bread to you locally. My Fiance' is the baker and her name is Angelique. We met at a long house located in the heart of the Yakima Valley where agriculture flourishes and we are located on the Yakama Nation reservation where the Native American culture is rich and alive today. We are two hard working individuals who have two beautiful children named Jennifer and Noah.
As a family we are a friendly self-made bakery business. Everyday we start bright and early in the morning with flour in the air and our hands ready for along day of bread making. We make pie-pan size yeast bread rolls (a count of nine) that are artisan made and overflow with happiness.
Our cultural belief is that we value not only the care of preparing food but how it is made. It is believed that how a baker feels when making a dish is how it will be served in the outcome. The bread that is baked has only good feelings when made from the baker:This is what makes us different from other bread makers. This is important in the preparation of the food. No anger, arguments or temper is allowed around the bread we prepare, mix or serve. We are more than happy to cater to our upper and lower valley Yakima ,WA. area.
The mixture is flour, yeast, sugar, eggs, milk, butter, and great care in preparing the bread.
There is no preservatives, no added products, and no other ingredients!
Even so, the bread is made the old fashioned way, there is no measuring. No bread machine involved!
